Cancer in the workplace: How prepared is your business?

At some point, someone in your organisation will be affected by cancer. This half day workshop has been designed for business owners, managers and HR professionals to provide insight, support and tools for employees impacted by cancer. 

Through a mix of facilitation and group discussion,  by the end of the workshop  
attendees will be able to:

  • Gain insight into the challenges and impact of cancer at work
  • Understand legal requirements and Employers responsibilities in line with the Equality Act (2010)
  • Communicate and manage difficult messages and sensitive conversations
  • Take away practical tips, tools and techniques for managing cancer in the workplace

Date: Wednesday 21st September 2016
Time: 10am -1pm
Venue: Moulton College, Northampton
Cost: £75 per attendee which includes refreshments. Early bird rate of £60 applies if booked and paid for by 29th July.
