How to communicate more effectively

  • Bluebell Room, Greatworth Hall Greatworth OX17 2DH (map)

Understanding yourself and your personality style is key to communicating more effectively with others.

Do you find yourself working in an environment where communication is often misinterpreted, information isn’t shared, difficult conversations are avoided or everyone talks rather than listens? Is this resulting in inefficiencies, increased costs and sickness absence?

If you are a business owner, manager or team leader then learn how to communicate more effectively by attending a half day workshop on Wednesday 7th September.

Gaining greater self awareness, through understanding your predominant DISC personality profile, and recognising differences in others, will enable you to:

  • Adapt your communications style to suit different personality types
  • Avoid misunderstandings and reduce stress
  • Improve your relationships with colleagues, clientsand customers
