Using personality profiling to build positive working relationships

  • Bluebell Room, Greatworth Hall Greatworth Hall Greatworth OX17 2DH (map)

Would you like to improve your relationships at work and the way you handle difficult conversations? Perhaps you'd like to reduce workplace conflict or develop new ways to motivate staff? Building more positive relationships in the workplace can improve communication, reduce costs and enhance confidence.

The key to building positive working relationships is self awareness, so understanding your own and other’s DISC personality styles can make a huge difference and will enable you to:

  • Listen more effectively
  • Handle difficult conversations with empathy
  • Accurately interpret what others mean and avoid misunderstandings
  • Build positive working relationships with colleagues, clients and customers
  • Adapt your communications style to suit different personality types
  • Reduce stress
  • Improve confidence
